FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WEBSTER CITY, Iowa (May 13, 2026) — The Karl Chevrolet Hamilton County Speedway is giving both race fans and drivers something extra to race for on Saturday, May 30, as the speedway continues its popular $10 grandstand admission promotion while adding bonus money to multiple racing divisions.

All five weekly classes will be in action during the evening’s program, highlighted by the USRA Modifieds racing for $1,000 to win thanks to Midwest Paint of Ankeny, Iowa.

In addition to the boosted Modified payout, the USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Crown Vics will all compete for increased purses based on car count for the night.

The class among those four divisions that brings the most cars to the speedway will race for a $700-to-win top prize. The second-highest car count division will race for $500 to win. Officials noted that the additional purse money will not just go to the winner, but also be spread throughout the A-main payout to benefit more drivers throughout the field.

“We want to reward racers for supporting the speedway,” said promoter Todd Staley. “At Hamilton County Speedway, we believe racers deserve to race for real money. An extra $20, $50 or even $100 throughout the field can make a difference to a race team.”

The remaining two classes will compete for their regular weekly payouts.

The event also continues the speedway’s effort to provide affordable entertainment for families with $10 grandstand admission for all adults.

Fans and race teams are encouraged to spread the word and help make Saturday, May 30 one of the biggest nights of the season at the Webster City oval.

Classes scheduled to compete include:
• USRA Modifieds
• USRA Stock Cars
• USRA B-Mods
• USRA Hobby Stocks
• Crown Vics
